These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this pre-launch site operated by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as CloudServe Infotech), including joining the waitlist and purchasing a Lifetime Deal.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this site (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
AssetMaestro is a product of CloudServe Apps, a division of RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as CloudServe Infotech). The Service is operated by the same entity, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U62091KA2025PTC210162), with its registered office at #36, WeWork Prestige Central, Infantry Road, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India.
2. Description of Service
AssetMaestro is a pre-launch enterprise AI content generation platform. This site allows prospective customers to join a waitlist and to pre-purchase a “Lifetime Deal” ahead of public launch. The underlying product (video, podcast, brand asset, and social content generation) is not yet publicly available; account access will be provisioned and communicated by email before public launch.
We reserve the right to modify the launch timeline, feature set, or Lifetime Deal terms with reasonable notice to purchasers.
3. Eligibility
This Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist, submit the contact form, or purchase a Lifetime Deal, and by doing so you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it. See our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion.
4. Lifetime Deals
A Lifetime Deal is a single one-time payment, processed via Razorpay, taken now as a pre-order ahead of public launch — there is no recurring charge. “Locked pricing forever” means the rate you paid will be honoured for the lifetime of your account once the product launches, even if public pricing increases afterward.
Price is determined by the current pricing tranche at the moment of purchase (Early Bird, Standard, or Final), not by a commitment length you choose — the 500 available spots are sold in tranches, and price rises as each tranche fills. Once you buy, your price is locked at whatever tranche was active for your purchase, regardless of what tranche is active later.
Payment is processed by Razorpay. All transactions are in the currency shown at checkout.
5. Refund Policy
All Lifetime Deal purchases and Support Us contributions are final and non-refundable. This is disclosed clearly, with a required acknowledgment, before checkout completes on either product. See our Refund Policy for the full policy, including the cutover date for Lifetime Deal purchases made under the previous 30-day guarantee.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use this site only for lawful purposes. Submitting fraudulent payment information, abusing our waitlist or contact forms, or attempting to circumvent rate limits is prohibited and may result in your access being revoked without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
This site, including its content, branding, and underlying software, is owned by RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in that intellectual property beyond the limited right to view and use this site as permitted. This site does not accept or host any content you upload or generate — there is no such feature here; any content-generation product this Lifetime Deal grants future access to has its own terms once it launches.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to this site, including a purchased Lifetime Deal’s eventual account provisioning, if you violate these Terms, submit fraudulent payment information, or abuse our forms or checkout — consistent with the Acceptable Use section above. Except where immediate action is warranted for security, fraud, or legal reasons, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you first. Termination for a Terms violation does not entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AssetMaestro provides this site on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes affecting existing Lifetime Deal buyers will be communicated by email with at least 30 days’ notice.
