AssetMaestro is a digital service — no physical products are ever shipped. This page explains how a purchase is confirmed and when access is actually delivered.

Digital Delivery
AssetMaestro is a pre-launch enterprise AI content generation platform. As a purely digital service, no physical goods are shipped to you at any point.
Lifetime Deal purchases
Payment confirmation is instant: you receive an email within a few minutes of a successful payment, confirming your plan and locked-in price. Because the underlying product has not publicly launched yet, this is a pre-order — your actual account access details are sent by email right at public launch, not at the moment of purchase. You’ll be among the first users provisioned once the product goes live.
Support Us contributions
Payment confirmation and your receipt are sent by email immediately. Any perks tied to product credit are applied once the matching main product account exists, at public launch; recognition-based perks (badge, Supporters Wall listing) are confirmed in the same email.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive a purchase confirmation email within 24 hours of a successful payment, or you don’t receive your account access details around public launch, contact [email protected] with your Razorpay payment ID and we’ll resolve it promptly.
